As most of our customers and co-workers know, we at Teresa’s Family Cleaning have been donating Free cleanings to women while they are undergoing their treatments for cancer.  This service has unexpectedly increased in it’s need to not only women, but to young and old, male or female cancer patients on Long Island.  So much so that there now is a waiting list for cleaning services through other resources that offer them.

We do not want to have to tell anyone they need to wait for this service, so we formed our own seperate in house free cleaning service called TW CARES.  Funded by local businesses and the private community that want to give back, we are now able to help anyone  in dire need of this service, at the time they need it the most.

How it works: 

  • At the bottom of this page is a form that you can fill out requesting one free cleaning.
  • Your need must be of  extreme urgency, by urgency we mean you or a family member is scheduled for|receiving chemo/radiation treatments or surgical procedure to remove the cancer.

Once we receive your request we will then ask you to send:

  • Proof from your treating physician on a script pad or letterhead that you or a family member is presently being treated for cancer to be faxed to us at 631-744-4208.

**BUSINESSES | PUBLIC  THAT WISH TO CONTRIBUTE:  When you make a contribution to TW Cares you will receive  placement as a “Cleaning Angel” on our website and a reciprocal link to you for every month you donate,  as well as announcing your business | Personal Name on our newsletter that reaches over 8,000 people on a weekly basis.  You also will be included in any media that helps to promote TW Cares.

We at Teresa’s Family Cleaning would love to be able to help everyone that calls us for free cleaning services when they or a loved one has taken ill.  But the reality is the need far out ways the means, and for those businesses that have and will continue to provide additional help to us, we will continue to offer as many free cleanings as we can.  To date we have donated over 500 free cleanings on our own, and are now reaching out to our community to help us give the gift of clean to those who need it the most.
