Teresa’s Family Cleaning staff cleans for a reason: to improve people’s lives. After Teresa lost her own sister, Virginia, to cancer, she committed her heart and her business to blessing women who are overwhelmed with the pain and stress of cancer treatment.

A significant number of Teresa’s Family Cleaning jobs are done free of charge to help these women in need. Our company is New York’s founding chapter of Cleaning for a Reason, a nationwide nonprofit organization providing cleaning services for free to women undergoing cancer treatment.

We also reach out to help families in need through Long Island charities, not-for-profit organizations, and worthy causes in the communities we serve throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County and the Hamptons. Teresa’s Family Cleaning generously supports these worthwhile charities:

We were fortunate to have the services of Teresa’s Family Cleaning. My wife Sharon went through extensive treatments for breast cancer that left her wiped out and in need of sleep for about 18 hours a day. I work two jobs to pay the bills and don’t have time for regular housekeeping.
