Our First Time In Your Home

Intial cleanings usually take longer then the routine weekly or bi-weekly cleanings.  Simply because there are a variety of things that can build up if neglected over a period of time. Once the build up has been removed it makes maintaining the home much easier.

It would be impossible to skip the intial cleaning. There is a difference between old dirt and new dirt.  Old dirt needs to be removed from the home in order to achieve that sparkling fresh look and smell.  The intial cleaning allows my crews to bring the home up to par, making it possible to maintain the home in a satisfactory clean fashion on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

We work in teams.  Therefore two trained professionals will be entering the home.  They bring with them their own equipment and their own supplies.  The only thing we ask of you is for one roll of paper towels and one bottle of windex refill.  The crew will enter your home and the crew leader will ask you sign a documentstating that you were explained our payment policy. Next they will do a quick walk through of the home to gather information she/he can personalize the cleaning of your home.  At the end of the cleaning the crew leader will come to you and ask if you would like a walk through the home to see if everything is up to par for you.  This would be a good time for you to address anything you would like done more thoroughly and my crew leaders will take care of anything you may point out to her.  When finished, the crew leader will ask ou to sign the quality control checklist which states you were happy with the services.
