After the initial cleaning a representative will contact you and ask if you were happy with the cleaning and then the rep will offer you flat rates. Only the rooms that were done in the initial will be included on a schedule if you would like to add a porch during the summer, or basement once in a while just call the office and make the arrangements with us.

It is suggested that busier households get an intial cleaning periodically

On A Schedule

On a maintenance - If we did not make beds on the initial cleaning or wash dishes or clan in and out of a fridge we will not be rendering these services on the schedule unless you call the office and make the arrangements.
All rooms will be high dusted from ceiling to floor. 
All furniture that can be dusted and polished will be.  More expensive furniture never gets polished.  We will wipe all picture frames, ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards, doors and mini blinds if you happen to have them.  Nic-Nacs do get rotated. 
In the kitchen all of the outside of the appliances, outside of all cabinets, countertops and anything you leave on the counters get washed down.  The eating area gets thoroughly cleaned.  We go in and out of the microwave and toaster oven. 
Bathrooms get full scrubbed top to bottom. 
All floors will be vaccuumed. Those tha can be mopped will be mopped.  We vaccuum under couch cushions. 
Sliding glass doors will be windexed in and out weather permitting. 
Trash will be collected from room to room and discarded and each can will be freshly lined.
