How do i pay for services?

All payment is due at time of services are rendered. It is our companies policy to obtain credit card authorization for the intial cleaning and we do keep that information on file. Should you ever forget to leave payment, the card would be charged 24 business hours later. We accept cash, checks and most credit cards.

Do I have to supply you with a credit card?

Yes.  We will not schedule any jobs unless we have obtained a valid credit card.  We keep this card on file in conjunction with our payment, non entry and cancellation policies.  All customers recieve our literature which has our terms and conditions listed clearly for review.  We are happy to accept cash and personal check for payment.  We do not bill at a later time.

What if I have to cancel?

We do have a cancellation policy.  Unlike most other cleaning companies you sign no contract here with Teresa.  The only thing that we ask is that you cancel any appointments the day before by 9:00 am or there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Our offices are open at 7:00 am and we do not close till 9:00 pm - Monday to Friday.  We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.  Monday appointments have until Friday by 9:00 am to cancel.
