The Cleaning Crews

All employees are screened and references are carefully checked. We ask for two personal references plus a past job reference. Most of our cleaners have been with Teresa for years. We then select qualified applicants who enjoy cleaning. We appreciate the trust you have in Teresa's by allowing us into your home. Everyone entering the company gets trained: and then works closely with out most seasonal employess for an undetermined amount of time. Training for our new employees begins with a video made by Teresa expressly for Teresa's Family Cleaning and ends with some hands on cleaning directed by our job super.
